Who pays duties & VAT?

Import duties, VAT/GST, and brokerage at destination are typically paid by the buyer (you), not included in our service fee.

What we provide

Commercial invoice, packing list, and product details to help your broker or courier clear customs. HS codes when available.

Duty rates vary by country and HS code. Ask us for an estimate before shipping — final amounts are set by your customs authority.
