The fee is in the quote
A standard service fee applies to product and shipping. Members and larger orders can qualify for a reduced rate, and very large orders can be negotiated. We confirm the number in writing — it is not a public discount table.
Standard service fee
A standard service fee applies to the product cost plus international shipping. The rate for that order is written into the quote. We do not add a surprise percentage after you accept.
Reduced rate when you qualify
Members, and customers whose order amount reaches the qualifying level, can receive a reduced service fee. We confirm the rate that applies to you in the quote. Reduced rates are not published as a percentage ladder.
Large orders
Large or project orders can be negotiated to a custom rate. Contact us with the scope and we will reply with a written quote.

Membership is free. A lower service fee can apply once an order qualifies — the rate is confirmed in the quote, not published as a discount percentage.
Duties & VAT, stated up front
Our fee covers buying services in China. Destination taxes and duties are separate.

Who pays duties & VAT?
Import duties, VAT/GST, and brokerage at destination are typically paid by you, and are not included in our service fee.

Duty rates vary by country and HS code. Ask us for an estimate before shipping — final amounts are set by your customs authority.
