Standard service fee
A standard service fee applies to the product cost plus international shipping. The rate for that order is written into the quote. We do not add a surprise percentage after you accept.

Fee policy
The service fee is part of every quote, before you pay. It covers sourcing, purchasing, coordination, and purchase proofs. Freight is billed at cost. Destination duties and VAT are separate.

Reduced rate when you qualify
Members, and customers whose order amount reaches the qualifying level, can receive a reduced service fee. We confirm the rate that applies to you in the quote. Reduced rates are not published as a percentage ladder.

Large orders
Large or project orders can be negotiated to a custom rate. Contact us with the scope and we will reply with a written quote.
